Every bottle of Arak Budi Pekerti tells a story. The design features a unique depiction of a “drunken Buddha”—a joyful, Balinese-style figure adorned with traditional clothing and tattoos, smiling as he embraces the moment.
With the tagline “Arak of the Gods,” our packaging celebrates the divine spirit of Bali.

At the crossroads of tradition and innovation, Arak Budi Pekerti represents the heart and soul of Bali.
Our name, “Budi Pekerti,” translates to “manners” or “moral character” in English—a reminder to drink responsibly and maintain one’s dignity.
It reflects our belief that arak, Bali’s traditional liquor, deserves to be enjoyed with respect and pride.
Born from a deep love for Bali and its cultural heritage, Arak Budi Pekerti began with a mission to redefine the perception of arak. Historically misunderstood, arak is a significant part of Bali’s history and ceremonies.
As a Balinese drinker, I saw its potential as a high-quality, affordable liquor when made with care. Our vision is to reintroduce arak as a symbol of Balinese craftsmanship, not only across Indonesia but to the world.
